This delicious green tieguanyin from yunong pavilion is the work of Mr.Chen, a friend of mine in Fijian who sources fresh tea in anxi and produces it in his own workshop.
This tea is light, smooth, and full of sweetness.
It also comes in handy little satchel which can be either used completely or split in half.
Being water to a boil,
Using the full satchel, pour wager over the tea and then pour the tea directly. You can rebrew many times.
Using half a satchel,
Let the tea steep for 30 seconds.
You can rebrew about five times.
