This rarity is a special traditional Hong Kong baked tieguanyin from a tea house with almost one hundred years of experience. Cheung hing tea Hong started out as the tea workshop of a family from anxi, fujian province. Their traditional tieguanyin and wuyi teas are one of the few remaining examples of true traditional wulong tea manufacturing and their baking process makes the tea very special and unique.
This tieguanyin is a heavily baked tea which we sources in 2016 and which we only have a limited supply of.
It is sweet, aromatic, and fragrant, and probably not what you expect from a tieguanyin oolong.
